"On December first last year I had a break-in at my home and was devastated when personal items were stolen just before Christmas.  What made it more traumatic was losing jewellery that had been handed down that held a lot of sentimental value to me. I had made several attempts by calling and visiting other jewellers and shops to start processing my insurance claim, but was met with skepticism as to the monetary allowance, and the risk of my claim not being processed in time because it was “just too busy” to sit down and talk about during the holidays.

When I called the Jewellery & Appraisal Centre, I felt that I had found two angels in Josie and Teresa.  They asked me to come right away, and spent as much time with me as was necessary to help me out, including a few visits after hours at my convenience.  I was amazed that they even offered to custom-make any of the items that I wanted to have replaced.  The atmosphere in their shop was very quaint, warm and inviting.  I am so happy to have made new friends with these wonderful ladies who helped me through such a difficult experience.  I have recommended the Jewellery & Appraisal Centre to family and friends, and would highly recommend it to anybody who is looking to deal in a warm, inviting and personal environment."
