Josie Chiara Carbone is a professional independent jewellery appraiser in Windsor, Ontario, Canada, with many years of experience in the appraisal field. Josie provides accurate appraisals, evaluations and identifications of fine jewellery, diamonds, gemstones and gold watches.

Josie, through the International Gemmological Institute (IGI), studied “Rough Diamonds” in Italy with master gemmologist G. F. Guercham of Antwerp, Belgium and earned that diploma with 97.5% average. Consequently Josie found her calling and went on to enroll in the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) where she earned her Gemmologist degree. Josie is a member of the IGI Antwerp Diamond Club as well as a member of the GIA Alumni Association.

After having been in the jewellery business since 1987, Josie recently opened her new office in Windsor at 339 Dougall Square at Cabana. Josie is highly respected in her appraisal profession, having attained all her credentials with a 97.5% average in her chosen field.
